Human Resources Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, recruitment and interviewing techniques.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees (Part time, interns and contract hires).
- Monitor HR department’s budget.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Oversee and run daily operations of the Operations and HR department.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
- Basic: RM500 cash allowances per month.
- Working Days: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday Only)
- Internship duration: 2-3 months or 3-6 months
Benefit:
- All claims of telecommunication, travelling fees and operational fees are applicable.
- Exciting training will be provided on communications and system planning (2weeks program).
- A polish resume and recommendation letter for students with performance.
What to bring and have (compulsory):
- Laptop (fully functional) to conduct online meetings with Zoom, Skype or other online meeting tools.
- Laptop charger.
- Strong Wifi connection at home
