Recruitment and Admin Assistant

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Recruitment**:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment function of Company and any other brands/establishment related to the Company to ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process.
- Assist in conducting research on job platform that fulfill vacancy needs.
- Assist in compiling data and metrics for recruitment analytic and reporting purposes.
**2. Human Resource Administration**:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and data ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, reports and HR-related documents as needed.
- Handling office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
**3. Human Resource Support**:
- Assist and collaborate with other HR department members on various HR-related tasks as and when needed.
- Assist in updating and maintaining employee records in all HR databases.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with relevant Departments to address any issues and implement improvements.
- Assist in matters of hostel inspection.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to recruitment and HR activities.
**4. Ad-Hoc**:
- Assist any other ad-hoc task and duties from Immediate Superior from time to time.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
