1. Recording, maintaining and monitoring employee leaves, medical, attendance record and keeping track of employee attendance / absenteeism.

2. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.

3. Compile and regularly update master database of employee records (soft & hard copies) of each employee.

4. Preparing letters such as offer, confirmation, warning, etc.

5. Register, renew, pay and manage foreign workers medical examination (FOMEMA).

6. Assist in registration, reimbursement and any issue related to HRDF.

7. Keeping records of foreign employees insurance and ensuring timely renewal.

9. Assist in conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process and conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.

10. Managing workplace and hostel safety issues & foreign workers general hostel issues, needs, etc.

11. Supervise Security guard, ensuring they are assigned and carry out their tasks properly.

12. Communicate with public services when necessary and assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
