Attending meetings and taking meeting minutes
Liaising with the Board of Directors and professional bodies on corporate actions and announcements
Assist the Executive Directors in submitting the claims and expenses for reimbursement
Handle corporate confidential documentation and maintain proper filing of documentation
Preparing monthly payroll and claims
Managing employee and company insurance
Handle all tasks related to the opening of new stores.
Coordinate with various government departments for necessary approvals and permits.
Liaise with the domestic headquarters and ensure timely and effective communication.
Address and resolve special tasks assigned by the director.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Secretarial/Business Studies or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good team player
Discretion and trustworthiness
Able to start on a short notice
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
