**Tanggungjawab**:

- Bertindak sebagai pusat hubungan utama untuk pertanyaan, kebimbangan dan maklum balas pelanggan.
- Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan pelanggan yang kukuh dan tahan lama melalui komunikasi proaktif dan perkhidmatan yang luar biasa.
- Kenal pasti keperluan pelanggan dan mengesyorkan produk atau perkhidmatan yang sesuai untuk memenuhi keperluan tersebut.
- Bekerjasama dengan pasukan dalaman untuk memastikan penyelesaian tepat pada masanya bagi isu dan pertanyaan pelanggan.
- Jejak dan laporkan interaksi dan maklum balas pelanggan untuk memaklumkan keputusan perniagaan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

**Keperluan: **
- Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Diploma dalam pentadbiran perniagaan, pemasaran, atau bidang yang berkaitan.
- Pengalaman terbukti dalam peranan yang dihadapi pelanggan, sebaik-baiknya dalam industri yang serupa.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.
- Kebolehan menyelesaikan masalah yang kuat.
- Kecekapan dalam Microsoft Office Suite (World, Excel, Outlook)
