**Responsibilities**

**Partner Centered**
- Identifies, engages, onboards, and qualifies skilled partners to sell Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Uses a variety of strategies to convey the value of partnering with our Client over competitors based on partner business. Combats competition throughout the selling and account management lifecycle.
- Engages partners and develops a trusted-advisor relationship with partners to establish strategic alignment and drive growth. Understands and aligns partners' priorities, strategies, and goals with Client’s to build mutually beneficial account plans.
- Sells account vision to Partners’ decision makers by aligning overall Client's value proposition and value propositions of products, channels, or solutions to the partner's business goals.
- Identifies Client's Business Applications market opportunities. Leverages internal intelligence to identify opportunities aligned with business goals. Reaches out to internal SMEs for assistance as appropriate.

**Sales Leadership**
- Orchestrates and leverages internal resources to develop go-to-market and strategies with our Client's Business Applications that define activities and expectations to meet our Client's sales goals.
- Working with SMB, PDM and Vendor Tele on prioritizing accounts/industries for developing go-to-market strategies.
- Supports partner readiness by developing marketing plans to generate.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Channel Sales: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Products Sales: 3 years (required)
- solution selling in ERP, CRM: 3 years (preferred)
- Database solutions Sales: 3 years (preferred)
