I-business Development Executive

**Roles & Responsibility**:
- Develop relationships with strategic and maintain partners to the
business.
- This includes nearby offices, panels, TPA, retail business
and etc.
- Efficient use of marketing and operational resources management.
- Provide feedback to improve internal controls for better productivity.
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growths.
- Work with the relevant teams to identify risks, issues and opportunities
and ensure that clear plans in place to address them.
- Analyse performance trends and opportunities and determine how best
the insight from this work can be turned into real performance improvements in the business.
- Assist in the strategic planning for future development of the clinics including business development services.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Management.
- Explore collaborations with both brands, develop potential new revenue streams due to new businesses, new markets, or licensing/franchising within Malaysia.
- Launch with steady revenue stream and brand recognition.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a BDE
- Experience in planning, budgeting and launching brands
- Knowledge of business process and functions (HR, procurement, operations etc.) and online and offline marketing.
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Commission remuneration will be between 5% to 15% of revenue target figures.
