Key Account Executive/manager

Responsible for managing the freight and express revenue and Gross Profit target in the entire northern region.
Lead and develop high profitable vertical industry - Automotive, Semiconductors, Pharmaceutical and others
- Develop and maintain an effective relationship with customers.
- Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations to capitalize on growth.
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized and solution-based service
- Constantly create revenue-generating channels from cross-selling and upselling streams
- Manage and improve customer retention
- Ensure utilizing technology solutions to enhance performance and customer experience
- Set Vertical Industry business development Team targets
- Set business development Team KPIs and conduct a monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review
- Develop an annual business development team strategy and work closely with the team to achieve individual and team objectives
- Increase cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Analyze telesales performance to make operational decisions to improve processes (take out)
- Analyze customers’ performance to increase their growth and production
- Ensure business development Team targets and KPIs are met
- Ensure ACP targets are met where applicable
- Effectively plan and allocate needed resources to achieve targets
