We're a fast growing, high-energy team with a passion for people, places and stories.As the Key Account Manager, you will be working alongside the Marketing, Merchandising/Operations team, to develop and execute relationships and strategies to grow business revenue, and increase sales for the brand worldwide. You will take ownership over managing all key accounts for the brand and be the lead point of contact for all wholesale client and drop ship platform related matters - anticipating their needs and working internally to ensure the experience for the customer on the front end is seamless. You will invest time to optimise inventory and sales opportunities, understand and contribute to the brand’s launch calendar, creating strategic sales and promotional campaigns to ensure that revenue and KPI targets are met.

You will report to the Marketing team leads and Managing Director to optimize revenue, grow traffic and conversion via strategic reach outs, and prompt communications across the team. In addition to the above, you will also ensure on-time execution for merchandising functions, to increase efficiency and help join the dots between departments to reduce errors. This role will have direct impact on revenue with great exposure and career growth, perfect for a go-getting individual who naturally thrives on chasing goals and results. You will also be required to operate in a calm but quick-thinking way, resolving and managing daily matters efficiently.

**Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) -**
80% E-commerce / Key Account Management
- Executing campaign and assortment plans, and inventory strategies for consignment and drop ship accounts
- Strategic planning to improve key account wholesale and drop ship results
- Ensure that new season launches, promotions, markdowns, are mirrored accurately across all drop ship platforms, assests planning for new collections and ensuring each platform is well-maintained
- Develop strong client relationships, with key wholesale, consignment and drop ship accounts.
- Research, outreach and process new sales and partnership leads as necessary
- Analyse and assess stock and sales report and performance on sales efforts, as per budget/KPIs

20% Merchandising / Inventory Management
- Assist the Merchandising & Operations Team to create an environment of clear communication between 3PL provider and internal inventory systems/sales platforms
- Work with merchandising assistance and operations team to manage daily stock transfers and consolidations accurately and effectively to capture and optimise digital sales/campaign moments
- Day to day communications and problem solving - providing a support function to team members

- 5-6 years experience in the related field with clear track record of management experience
