The individual in this role will represent ECRI to a diverse clientele throughout the Asia Pacific region. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the development and execution of strategies and initiatives aimed at effectively delivering our value proposition in each country. This includes offering consultancy services, training programs, and providing access to our databases and publications. The domains of healthcare solutions which will be of focus (but not limited to) are Healthcare Technology Planning and Management; Patient Safety, Risk and Quality; Health Technology Assessment; and Health Information Technology.

A key aspect of your role will involve actively engaging with leaders in the healthcare field. This includes decision makers in regulatory bodies, accreditation bodies, C-level executives, directors within healthcare organizations, as well as professionals in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. Your mission will be to foster collaborative relationships and leverage these connections to initiate projects that directly shape healthcare policies, processes, and outcomes that ultimately contribute to safer healthcare delivery.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Business Development
- Responsible for achievement of yearly revenue budget
- Driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing new markets, and building sustainable client relationships.
- Development and implementation of strategies and initiatives designed to successfully provide ECRI value propositions in each country
- Responsible to ensure business growth for all business model i.e., consultancy services, training programs and online publications
- Play a significant role in client development, relationship management, understanding issues, challenges and needs
- Understand, develop and implement concepts, strategy and solutions in collaboration with clients. Identify client’s problem statement and produce conceptual solution to mitigate the statement
- Actively identify business opportunities through meeting platforms; participate or present in meetings related to the healthcare industry, keep abreast about trends, rules and regulations and issues related to the healthcare industry.

Proposal Writing
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals that clearly outline our value proposition, solutions, ECRI’s competitive advantages, timeline, payment terms etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy.
- Manage the proposal writing process, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Stakeholder Management
- Maintain excellent relations with clients or potential clients to better position ECRI for future business opportunities.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Prepare and communicate progress reports to present to all stakeholders through the duration of the project, reports any concerns and gets approval for necessary changes.

Project Management
- Responsible to coordinate, participate and be the liaison personnel between Client and ECRI throughout the entire project.
- Contribute to the project when required, keep update on project status, mitigate challenges during project progression together with project management team

Research and Evaluation
- Participate when required, in APAC research and evaluation activities involving secured projects
- Participate when required, when conducting studies and investigation related to medical technology, clinical workflow process and other related research topics.
- Review literature and prepare reports on new and emerging healthcare technologies.

Learning and Development
- Conduct on-site or online training sessions and demonstrations for ECRI membership programs.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry, in a business development, product specialist, consulting, or training capacity. Having experience working in a consulting role in healthcare projects will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or related fields.
- Uphold high integrity, team player, open and pleasant communicator, ability to work under pressure and independently, responsible, and accountable.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication; stakeholder engagement, public speaking, and presentation; creative at conceptualizing solutions; critical thinking
- This position will require frequent travel within the Asia Pacific region.
