**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan
- Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents
- Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of Sales managers
- Monitor, analyze sales and market trends
- Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget
- Any tasks assigned by management

**Qualifications & experience**
- Min 5 years experiences in sales
- Have experience in commercial vehicle related industries for example: Prime Mover truck/ trailer sales, Trailers/ trucks spare parts sales, Lubricant oil sales for logistics industries
- Work independently
- Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
- Proactively develops and improve products and services
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
- Ability to make strategic decisions
- Ability to Inspire others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal
- Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
- Show loyalty to the team by standing by decisions that benefit the organization
