**O**bjecti**v**es of t**h**e **P**osi**t**ion**
- Provides administrative support to the service delivery unit lead and the expert teams in overseas delivery services and customs
- Provides support to documentation management of import export operations in accordance to guidelines
- Process and operational analysis on Asia Pacific country operations to meet defined service levels and any agreed qualitative requirements pertaining core transportation and documentation scope of work.
- Support business experts and functional experts in process bridging between import export and customs as well as with other units such as order management, domestic delivery services, etc
- Freight cost management topics with freight cost verification and country import export and customs operations.
- Ensure sustainable supply chain community engagement and support continuous improvement

**M**ain** Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities**
- Support unit and business experts in logistics fulfilment processes (including SAP TM maintenance and process adherence) for all import and export and trade relevant topics as assigned
- Consolidate and prepare import / export operational reports for overseas delivery and customs management
- Support business and functional expert in monitoring and reporting operational discipline in process documentation, access controls and other administration coordination of team
- Organize import export and customs community engagement and coordination activities
- Other tasks and activities as assigned, relevant to the competency and skillset of this role and for development purposes.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree / Diploma (with relevant work experience) in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Management or related field
- 1-3 years in handling Import/Export logistics / order management & documentation, liaison with logistics service providers. Experience in SAP and chemical industry preferred
- Knowledge in SAP system (Transport Management & Material Management Module) preferred
- Proactive team member who takes ownership and shows persistence to achieve results and exceed expectations
- Ability to work independently on problem solving and identifying solutions
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- ** Good command of written and spoken English is necessity**
