**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**
- Assist the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, manpower planning, talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits and performance management.
- Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Handle employee relation and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by follow employment laws.
- Maintain records and compile reports such as hires, confirmation, transfers, performance appraisal, etc.
- Handle employee leave management and manage leave record.
- Prepare letters, memorandum, and other correspondence related to HR Department.
- Assist in company monthly activity.

**Accounts**
- Proven accounting and office administration experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Computer literate.
- Maintain accurate document records and proper filing.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Assist in general accounting duties such as preparing payment vouchers, filing, customer billing, and collection.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and finalization of accounts.
- Responsible for accounts transactions and ensuring proper filing.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks that are assigned by management and superior.
- Responding to routine requests for assistance and information.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of relevant working experience in human resource operations.
- Good knowledge of Employment Acts and other relevant statutory.
- Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills.
- Ability to deal with and engaging people at all levels.
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers and across difference levels of the organization.
- Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
