JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and format tender documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain a comprehensive schedule of pre & post tender deadlines and proactively manage timelines to meet submission requirements.
- Analyze various risk factors, including payment terms, financial implications, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather insights contributing to a thorough risk analysis & management.
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible for reference.
- Perform any ad-hoc reports/tasks as per delegated by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Diploma in Business Administration/Project Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in Business Administration/Project Management.
- Good command of English.
- Highly organized and able to deal with multiple activities at one time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player as well as a strong self-motivator to succeed.
- Knowledge in Project management & SAP system will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
