Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent Public Affairs in Cluster LT and manage Country PA teams – taking responsibility for the complete performance management cycle.
  • Drive policy thought leadership for our organization in Asia Aspiring cluster countries on key areas, aligned with overall APMA PA policy priorities.
  • Proactively monitor emerging geo-political, policy and regulatory topics across the cluster, including through data-driven scenario planning and provide timely, quality insights to management.
  • Partner and align with cross-functional partners (e.g. Value & Access, Patient Advocacy, Communications, Medical, Healthcare Systems) to drive our policy priorities locally.
