Vendor Partnership Development Lead

We are looking for a Vendor Partnership Development Lead to join our team at Prudential Hong Kong Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our technology vendors.
Job Overview:
The Vendor Partnership Development Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve vendor relationships and optimize vendor selection processes. They will also develop and implement strategies to drive long-term value from our vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our technology vendors to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Vendor Selection Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve vendor selection processes and develop strategies to drive long-term value from our vendor partnerships.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve vendor relationships and optimize vendor selection processes.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related field.
- Expertise in contract negotiation and management.
- Proven track record in effective strategic partnerships with technology vendors and suppliers.
- Proficient in risk management and compliance oversight.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and business partners.
