About the Job

We are seeking a senior marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in Randstad Malaysia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.
  2. Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and public relations agencies.
  4. Lead the development of press releases, organize brand events, and manage crisis communications.
  5. Collaborate with retail and visual merchandising teams to create engaging in-store experiences.
  6. Partner with the e-commerce team to enhance online store performance and customer interaction.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, ensuring deliverables are timely and brand-consistent.
  8. Provide detailed reports and insights to regional and global marketing teams, highlighting campaign performance and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within the premium or luxury fashion industry.
  3. Proven ability to develop and execute holistic marketing campaigns across various channels.
  4. Experience in public relations and media management in Southeast Asia.
  5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a creative mindset.
  6. Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
