iSoftStone is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving growth and meeting revenue targets in the IT consulting and services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies: Leverage your network to identify and secure new business opportunities and develop sales plans that align with our company's growth objectives.
  2. Maintain and grow relationships: Utilize your extensive connections to maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts and secure new business opportunities within banking, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
  3. Pursue new market opportunities: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  4. Lead and motivate a sales team: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT consulting and services with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Network: Established and influential connections within banking, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT consulting and services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees are advantageous.
