Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join our team at Hunters International Sdn Bhd. Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, using provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues, and adhering to client-defined processes and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal. You should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong customer service skills. A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma is required.
