We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager who will provide operational marketing support in the development and maintenance of strategic plans for all brands across Asia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in consumer package goods marketing and experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, collaborating with internal and external resources to meet sales and EBITDA goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, propose, implement, and monitor 12-month brand/product plans and strategies to achieve sales, EBITDA, and brand equity growth for all brands across Asia.
  2. Provide relevant and locally impactful support for all customers/distributors across areas of the Marketing Mix, including Advertising, Trade Marketing, Promotions, Sponsorship, PR, Sampling Events, and building relationships with 3rd Party partners.
  3. Investigate, develop, refine, and complete all Brand Development and NPD from ideation to distribution and activation across diverse platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communication.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in consumer package goods marketing.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing plans, collaborating with internal and external resources to meet sales and EBITDA goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data from various research methodologies.
