The successful candidate will be responsible for driving best practice approaches and high-quality bids in our Turner & Townsend SEA team. They will act at both an advisory and hands-on level as an experienced bid professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record for delivering complex proposals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mobilize internal stakeholders, set timelines and oversee execution against the plan.
  2. Facilitate discussions focused on differentiators, win themes and content to ensure high-quality answers are developed.
  3. Deliver professional bids that comply with brand guidelines and clearly communicate key messages.
  4. Ensure all deadlines are met and bids are submitted on time and in the correct manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, English or engineering.
  • Association of Proposal Management Professional (APMP) accreditation desired.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of bid management and writing successful bid submissions.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proofreading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
