This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Manager to join our dynamic team at MCC Label in Malaysia.
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoice and credit note issuance to customers, promoting standardization and eliminating duplication of work in accounts receivable processing.
You will work closely with sales and customer service teams to arrange collections activities, maximize cash receipts, and provide customer service regarding collection issues.
Key responsibilities will also include reviewing aging reports and analyzing account history to determine appropriate actions for successfully handling aged debts and skipped or partial payments.
Additionally, you will communicate regularly with team leads and local business unit controllers to follow up on identified action plans for aged debts or customer disputes.
