Job Description:

  • This role involves coordinating with tenants and management to ensure seamless operations at IPC Shopping Centre.
  • You will be responsible for managing the Information Counter, assisting customers, and providing information on activities happening in the centre.
  • A key aspect of this job is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the redemption of Gift with Purchase (GWP), birthday gifts, e-vouchers, rewards, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct daily stock and inventory checks of all premiums and report to the marketing department.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of SPM qualification is required, with relevant experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
