  • Providing personalized onboarding experiences, catering to clients' specific needs and showcasing the value of our platform.
  • Owning early-lifecycle engagement metrics, focusing on conversion rates, customer engagement, and NPS.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our platform, enabling effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records, adhering to AML and KYC regulations.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, linguistic proficiency in Mandarin and English, and flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends.
