Customer Success Director

We're excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Customer Success Director to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer success and relationship-building, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. If you have experience in consumer insights, quantitative research, or data analytics, we encourage you to apply.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive strategic and tactical goals. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer success strategies to meet client needs.

- Coach, develop, and inspire the team to drive innovative approaches to client briefs.
- Manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure client requirements are met.
- Proactively share best practices and industry knowledge across internal teams.
