Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • DIRECT SALES - Direct sales of JMP product family via receiving and making outbound calls.
  • SMALL & MEDIUM BUSINESS ACCOUNTS - Responsible for small & medium business accounts.
  • BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS - Develop & maintain good business relationships with key customers.
  • QUOTATIONS AND DEALS - Ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations, qualify opportunity and follow-up to close deals.
  • OPPORTUNITY IDENTIFICATION - Qualify & identify opportunities and follow-up on potential deals.
  • CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - Enhance positive customer experience & satisfaction through timely response to customers' inquiries.
  • CLOSE COLLABORATION - Work closely with Account Executive to develop & identify new opportunities & maintain existing customers.
