Executive HR/Accounts Roles Available

We are seeking talented individuals to fill the positions of HR and/or Accounting professional in our company. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally within our dynamic teams.
Job Responsibilities:(HR Role)
- To develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, strategies, and initiatives that align with the company’s overall business strategy and statutory requirements.
- To ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR practices.
- To manage the full recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, on-boarding, etc.
- To handle foreign worker permit application, renewal, and other foreign worker management matters.
- To be responsible for employee training & development and HRDF matters.
- To manage monthly payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- To administer performance appraisal, prepare and/or recommend bonuses and salary increment.
- To work with management/department head and employee on feedback, disciplinary issues, etc.
- To monitor daily attendance of employee and administer employee's leave application.
- To maintain proper filing system, update, and ensure the employee information is up-to-date in HR system.
- To be responsible for all insurance-related matters.
- To prepare all HR documentation.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned.
(Accounts Role)
- To handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable tasks, including issuing A/R downpayment invoices, payment claims, tax invoices, and monthly Statement of Account after gathering and verifying relevant documentation e.g. customer contract, customer PO, SO, DO, customer payment certificate.
- To monitor and collect outstanding A/R by contacting customers via telephone, email, and mail.
- To maintain A/R records to ensure Aging is up-to-date, CN and customer payments are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- To perform daily cash management duties, including recording of bank deposits and cash receipts, and posting of incoming A/R payments.
- To assist in preparation of tax filings and customs filings.
- To assist in preparation of A/R financial reports for management using standard templates and provide recommendations for follow-up actions based on analysis of data.
- To handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable tasks, including taking in A/P downpayment invoices and tax invoices after gathering and verifying relevant documentation e.g. PO, supplier DO, IQA/IQC, supplier SOA.
- To monitor cash flow and plan A/P payments to suppliers.
- To maintain A/P records to ensure Aging is up-to-date, CN and supplier payments are applied, and disputed amounts are properly accounted for and cleared.
- To perform daily cash management duties, including recording of cash purchases, posting of outgoing A/P payments, and bank reconciliation.
- To assist in preparation of tax filings and customs filings.
- To assist in preparation of A/P financial reports for management using standard templates and provide recommendations for follow-up actions based on analysis of data.
Requirements:
- A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or Accounting/ACCA/LCCI or equivalent is required.
- At least 3 years of related work experience for HR roles; 2 years for Diploma/ACCA/LCCI holders in Accounting roles. Fresh Degree graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with less experience but good academic results and a drive to excel are welcome to apply.
- Computer literacy and IT savvy skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Good Excel spreadsheet skills such as Pivot table, Vlookup, Sumif, data sorting etc. are required.
- Familiarity with Malaysia Labour Law, foreign worker management, and all work passes' application/renewal is strongly preferred (HR role).
- A 5-day working week is available.
