Job Description:

(HR Role)

  1. We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, strategies, and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy and statutory requirements.
  2. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR practices.
  3. Responsibilities include full recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, on-boarding, etc.
  4. We require a candidate who can manage foreign worker permit application, renewal, and other foreign worker management matters effectively.
  5. Employee training & development and HRDF matters will be handled by the successful candidate.
  6. Monthly payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN) is also a key responsibility.
  7. The selected candidate will administer performance appraisal, prepare and/or recommend bonuses and salary increment.
  8. Additionally, they will work with management/department head and employee on feedback, disciplinary issues, etc.
  9. Monitoring daily attendance of employee and administering employee's leave application is also essential.
  10. Maintaining proper filing system, updating and ensuring the employee information is up-to-date in HR system is a critical task.
  11. The right candidate will be responsible for all insurance-related matters.
  12. Preparation of all HR documentation is also required.
  13. Other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned will be given to the suitable candidate.

(Accounts Role)

We are looking for an accomplished Accounts Receivable expert to handle the full spectrum of AR tasks:

  1. The selected candidate will issue A/R downpayment invoices, payment claims, tax invoices, and monthly Statement of Account after gathering and verifying relevant documentation e.g. customer contract, customer PO, SO, DO, customer payment certificate.
  2. They will monitor and collect outstanding A/R by contacting customers via telephone, email, and mail.
  3. Maintenance of A/R records to ensure Aging is up-to-date, CN and customer payments are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared is a must.
  4. The ideal candidate will perform daily cash management duties, including recording of bank deposits and cash receipts, and posting of incoming A/R payments.
  5. Assistance in preparation of tax filings and customs filings is also required.
  6. The successful candidate will assist in preparation of A/R financial reports for management using standard templates and provide recommendations for follow-up actions based on analysis of data.

We are also seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to handle the full spectrum of AP tasks:

  1. The selected candidate will take in A/P downpayment invoices and tax invoices after gathering and verifying relevant documentation e.g. PO, supplier DO, IQA/IQC, supplier SOA.
  2. They will monitor cash flow and plan A/P payments to suppliers.
  3. Maintenance of A/P records to ensure Aging is up-to-date, CN and supplier payments are applied, and disputed amounts are properly accounted for and cleared is essential.
  4. The ideal candidate will perform daily cash management duties, including recording of cash purchases, posting of outgoing A/P payments, and bank reconciliation.
  5. Assistance in preparation of tax filings and customs filings is also required.
  6. The successful candidate will assist in preparation of A/P financial reports for management using standard templates and provide recommendations for follow-up actions based on analysis of data.

Job Requirements:

  1. A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or Accounting/ACCA/LCCI or equivalent is required.
  2. At least 3 years of related work experience for HR roles; 2 years for Diploma/ACCA/LCCI holders in Accounting roles. Fresh Degree graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Candidates with less experience but good academic results and a drive to excel are welcome to apply.
  4. Computer literacy and IT savvy skills are necessary.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Good Excel spreadsheet skills such as Pivot table, Vlookup, Sumif, data sorting etc. are required.
  6. Familiarity with Malaysia Labour Law, foreign worker management, and all work passes' application/renewal is strongly preferred (HR role).
  7. A 5-day working week is available.
