As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Telemarketing Executive to provide exceptional support to our clients in the healthcare supplements industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads.
  • Promote and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with a minimum of 1 year as a telemarketer or similar sales & marketing role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation, rejections, and dealing with complaints.
  • Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and high level of resilience.
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • SPM and above.
