Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team at PRISM+. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and quality assistance via multiple channels.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
  4. Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy.
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.
  • At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service experience, preferably in E-Commerce would be an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Prior experience using Zendesk, or any other Customer Service Management system would be an advantage.
  • Experience in Air-conditioning / Consumer Electronics / Home appliances would be an advantage.
