Support Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Officer to join our Emerging Business unit. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of loan/financing applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry/maintenance into bank systems for loan/financing and account opening applications.
- Conduct data entry checking in loan/financing applications and purchase credit reports via Loan Origination System.
- Conduct searches and screening for account opening, loan/financing, and other various purposes.
- Ensure Credit Proposal (CP) submissions comply with CP submission requirements.
- Prepare Letter of Offer and security documents for loan/financing applications.
- Prepare Letter of Instruction to Solicitor and/or Valuer.
- Involve in User Acceptance Test for bank systems.
- Liaise with various stakeholders (i.e., Sales personnel, Compliance officers, Risk Approvers, etc.) regarding relevant daily job functions.
- Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related area is preferred.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of SME loan/financing processing experience in the banking industry.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Committed to completing assignments within deadlines, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills, and team-oriented.
- Able to manage administrative duties, ad-hoc assignments, and any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
- Result-oriented, great sense of responsibility, and team player.
