Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst with expertise in account administration and scorecard management to join our team at SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems, particularly NetSuite. This role will involve managing customer data and performance metrics, as well as providing timely resolutions to account-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Administration:
    • Support account management activities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with clients.
    • Maintain and update client records and documentation within the system.
    • Coordinate account-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  2. Scorecard Management:
    • Entry, maintain, and report scorecards to evaluate account performance metrics and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scorecard metrics with organizational goals.
  3. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Able to utilize Microsoft Excel to create and enter spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts to visualize data.
    • Draft and format documents in Excel, proposals, and reports using Microsoft Word, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
    • Able to use Teams and take minutes.
  4. CRM Management:
    • Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the NetSuite CRM.
    • Provide training and support to team members on using NetSuite effectively.
    • Implement best practices for data entry and management to enhance user experience and report accuracy.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless account transitions and coordination.
    • Present findings from scorecard analyses in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or other CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
