Find Your TRIBE - Studios is a dynamic organization that requires a skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to support our finance team.

This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Ledgers, reconciliations, payroll (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS), inventory.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing statements and generating operational reports.
  • Accounts Management: Monitor receivables/payables.
  • Audit: Manage the audit process.
  • Administration: Handle paperwork, staffing activities, and employee database maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Degree (or related) OR finance experience with the potential to learn.
  • Tech-savvy: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
