Singtel Group is expanding its operations in Malaysia and we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and perform credit management activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and credit management, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be working closely with the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, manage correspondence, and provide administrative support to the teams, vendors, contractors, or visitors.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma / Degree in Business Management or Accountancy, with minimum 2 years and above of administrative and credit management experience. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Suites including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with good knowledge in Excel skills (VLookUp, Pivot Table, etc.).
