Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive support to the administrative team
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying and printing
- Offering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Able to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an added advantage
