About us

We are a well-established charitable organisation in Kuala Lumpur seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the administrative team
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Performing general office duties such as photocopying and printing
  • Offering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Able to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an added advantage
