Responsibilities

The Divisional Head Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

  1. Providing high-level administrative support to the Divisional Head, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Preparing and organizing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  3. Serving as a liaison between the Divisional Head and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  5. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  6. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental metrics.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  3. Strong accounting knowledge and experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
