About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Divisional Head Executive Assistant with a strong accounting background and a data-driven mindset. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to the Divisional Head, ensuring efficient operations and effective decision-making through meticulous data analysis and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Divisional Head, focusing on calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve queries, and address concerns.
  5. Prepare and present complex data and financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
  6. Utilize analytical tools and software to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
  7. Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders, promoting a positive image of OCBC.
  8. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices, applying knowledge to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
