We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at AGT (Malaysia) SDN BHD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily tasks and activities to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
    • Assist in recruitment processes, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • HR and Compliance:
    • Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and assist with performance reviews.
  • Financial Management:
    • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing expense reports.
    • Collaborate with internal finance teams and external agents to ensure accurate financial records.
