As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and outlets to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Ensure daily workload consistently meets monthly targets.

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement fundamental practices, including healthy stock weight and the 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People).
  • Execute trade strategies in line with national plans to ensure excellence in trade execution.

Team Support & Development:

  • Assist team members in improving home shelf displays and exploring secondary display opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and conduct regular reviews with team members.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative team environment to enhance performance and morale.
