About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality secretarial services, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and regulations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to convene meetings, draft minutes, and circulate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations by supervising subordinates' day-to-day activities to ensure that processes are managed and delivered effectively and efficiently
