Head, Client Service Account Management

The primary goal of the Client Service Account Manager (CSAM) is to deliver exceptional service to a portfolio of top-tier corporate clients. This involves acting as their primary day-to-day contact and escalation point on all service matters.

The CSAM develops strong partnerships with the client at every level, gaining a thorough understanding of their industry and overall client strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Servicing Plan: Develops a detailed plan to deliver service excellence through CRM data analysis to understand client behavior and take remedial actions.
  • Service Relationship Ownership: Owns the service relationship and client experience by resolving enquiries, requests, and issues within reasonable time.
  • Client Advocacy: Acts as the client's advocate, demonstrating integrity and respect at all times.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to improve service quality and process efficiency, positioning the value add of these initiatives to maximize engagement.
