Job Description

This Accounts Executive role at The Traveller Malaysia Sdn Bhd offers a challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the payment cycle, preparing accounting documents, and verifying supplier invoices.

Responsibilities
  • Verify and post supplier invoices into the accounting system accurately.
  • Prepare relevant accounting documents to ensure timely payment cycles are met according to invoices received.
  • Maintain interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM cert (accounting subject) / vocational polytechnic equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Working experience in TRAVEL industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with departmental personnel.
