Key ResponsibilitiesKey Performance Indicators:
  • To manage the Information Counter and deliver excellent customer service.
  • To monitor common facilities and areas to ensure they are well-maintained and clean.
  • To oversee Family Friendly Services, ensuring high standards of hygiene for equipment such as Power Scooters, Wheelchairs and Baby strollers.
  • To address customer/tenant complaints and track feedback forms and responses.
Marketing Collaboration:
  • To stay updated on promotional activities and events within the centre.
  • To notify Supervisor of promotions offered by tenants.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SPM and above.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; speaking additional languages is advantageous.
  • Background in customer relations, telemarketing, front desk or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a friendly attitude and strong people skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends and public holidays.
