AFFIN Group seeks a Relationship Building Executive to drive payroll account acquisition and management. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategies to acquire new payroll accounts from corporate clients and SMEs.

You will manage and deepen relationships with existing payroll clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction. Your ability to identify and understand client needs will enable you to recommend appropriate payroll and deposit solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving deposit growth by promoting payroll accounts and cross-selling related products and services. You will collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions tailored to the payroll segment.

To succeed in this position, you must ensure a seamless onboarding process for new payroll clients, including employee enrollment and account setup. You will provide personalized support and conduct regular client engagement activities to strengthen relationships.

You will stay informed about payroll trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor offerings. You will provide insights and recommendations to improve the bank's payroll product offerings and client experience.
