  • Prepare a wide variety of ice cream and frozen desserts. Pastry skills are considered a plus.
  • Assist in the creation and testing of new pastry and ice cream recipes, working alongside senior chefs to develop innovative uses of company products.
  • Present pastries and ice creams made with our dessert range, cooking creams, gelato, and soft serve to potential customers, positioning ice cream as a key product line.
  • Maintain a clean and organized demonstration area, adhering to food safety and sanitization standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a pastry background and some working experience in the commercial kitchen environment is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef with a focus on creating innovative and visually stunning desserts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt recipes and techniques for different equipment models and brands.
