Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieving overall participation, productivity, conversion ratio, profitability and quality sales by individual Relationship Manager and Branch
  • Sales Activities & Management
  • Demonstrating the values of being Open, Connected, Dependable and acting with Courageous Integrity at all times
  • Providing after sales service & guidance to customers such as minor claims process, policy changes, etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Diploma /Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Highly result-oriented with a keen interest in product support position
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in financial services industry with sales experience in Bancassurance and life insurance protection products, preferably in a banking environment
