Zinit Asia is an innovative B2B platform for businesses to buy and sell. Due to steady growth in Malaysia, we are seeking a skilled professional to support our sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
The Role
We are looking for a talented individual who can foster strong customer relationships and play a vital role in supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, fluency in English and Malay, and expertise in market analysis to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire tendering process, including reviewing tender documents and coordinating with internal teams.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify tendering opportunities and assess competitor activity.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and customise tender responses accordingly.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance tender success rates.
- Ensure full compliance with tender requirements and regulations, managing documentation and submission deadlines meticulously.
- Track and evaluate tender outcomes, implementing strategies to improve future bidding success.
Key Qualifications
- Proficient in written and oral communication.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong internet research abilities.
- Client-focused experience, particularly with major clients, is advantageous.
- Prior experience in procurement or electronic trading platforms is highly desirable.
