We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to join our team at Career Channel sdn bhd's Penang manufacturing plant. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business success through HR strategy and operations.
Main Objectives
- Develop and implement HR policies, activities, and staff strategies to ensure legal compliance and organizational mission implementation.
- Drive talent acquisition, development, management, and retention initiatives to build organizational capability and achieve business goals.
- Manage HR operations to maintain cost-effectiveness in all company processes.
- Foster HR operational excellence, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and SOX.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive company growth through transformation management, talent reviews, succession planning, structure development, and culture change.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to next-level staff for proper succession planning and people development.
- BUILD a strong HR organization and capabilities to provide expert HR services. Develop HR team members actively.
- Establish forward-looking strategies and directions for the department to adapt to industry changes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and partner with management to develop innovative solutions.
- Create a positive work environment that supports innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
- Participate as a key member of the management team to influence vision and strategic directions.
- Catalyze and evangelize company culture to ensure employees live by the defined values.
- Partner with internal and external HR parties to design and roll out innovative HR solutions.
- Develop programs to attract top talents from learning institutions and government bodies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, HR management, or related field.
Language: Strong communication skills in English.
Experience: 12-16 years' work experience, including 8-10 years' HR expertise experience.
- Analytical mind, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to set direction/vision/goals for the group.
- Effective management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labor Law as well as company policies.
