Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with assigned brands through regular communication via email and phone.
  • Monitor and drive the growth of assigned brands by creating and executing strategic plans that meet business objectives for both ZALORA and the brands.
  • Liaise with brands to discuss campaign objectives and work with the marketing team to incorporate seller promotions into the marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and brands to continuously improve operational aspects of their business and enhance the customer experience.
  • Regularly review brands' product catalogues to ensure content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Analyze and present daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to senior management to improve visibility of brand performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or a related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent English language skills are required, with Mandarin speaking skills being a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A willingness to work in a multicultural environment is crucial.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel is required.
