The position of Automation Solutions Sales Consultant plays a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring effective sales operations within the organization by supporting and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Development: Participate in development of business, sales planning, and growth strategies and develop sales proposal with sales pipeline to meet client needs.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by attending networking activities, conducting marketing activities, customer meetings, proposal development, and customer presentations to deliver outstanding customer value.
- Competitor Analysis: Maintain awareness of competitor information and participate in industry associations in accordance with company policy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management) to develop proposals and present solutions that meet client needs.
- Diploma/degree in Engineering discipline (Mechatronics/Electrical).
- Knowledgeable in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- At least 3 years' experience in Sales function.
- Strong knowledge of automation solutions and their applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in distribution sales or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
